Juicing isn’t limited to carrot juice or wheatgrass. Instead, the combinations of fruits and vegetables are only limited by your own imagination, the produce available in your local area, and your desire.

Below are just a few combinations of vegetables and fruit which will titillate your palate and help you develop better overall health and wellness.

1. Spinach-Cucumber and Celery Juice

2 packed cups of fresh spinach
1 cucumber
1 celery stalk

Depending upon the juicer you use, it may be necessary to peel the cucumber and chop up the celery.

Benefits: Great source of iron, potassium and calcium.

2. Pineapple, Blueberry and ginger

1/4 of a whole pineapple
1 cup washed and cleaned blueberries
1 piece (approximately 1/4 inch) fresh ginger

The flavor is a bit south pacific with pineapple and ginger.

Packed with digestion aiding nutrients and antioxidants, the ginger has the added benefit of reducing your appetite.

3. Carrot, apple, ginger and Coconut

2 carrots
1 apple
1/4 c coconut milk
1/8 inch fresh ginger root

Run the carrots, apple and ginger root through the juice extractor and add the coconut milk afterward. Easy to make, great taste!

4. Pineapple, Kale, Swiss Chard

1 Cucumber
1 Green apple
1/2 cup Pineapple
4 Kale leaves
3 Swiss Chard leaves

It’s green, sweet, and full of dark green leafy vegetables that kick start your immune system and keep your cells happy and healthy.

5. Citrus Blast

1 orange
1/2 Cucumber
3 Celery stalks
1/2 lemon
1 red apple

The juice is a blast of sweet from the apple and sour from the citrus juices. Tastes great when you think you are getting a cold.

6. Vitamin K for the Day

3 large leaves of Kale
1 cup seedless Green Grapes
1 Cucumber
1 Green apple

Delivers your vitamin k recommendation for the day and extra iron, especially important during pregnancy or period.

7. Berry-Berry

1 cup Blueberries
1 cup Strawberries
2 cups Mango
1/4 cup water to thin

Berries are packed with antioxidants and keep your skin looking smooth and youthful.
