It is also really great to mix into lotion before application. The pump has always worked nicely providing a good amount of the oil. Overall, it's wonderful for moisturizing!

This is a great product and I will continue to buy it when it runs out. I’ve used it as a carrier oil with essential oils and as a moisturizer. I even took it to the hospital to rub on my baby’s bum after he was born to help with the meconium sticking. I’ve also used it on his head for his dry skin / cradle cap. This product is so versatile. And I love the pump cap. It works great! I recommend buying smaller spray bottles or dropper bottles to be able to mix with essential oils or bring a smaller bottle for travel. This bottle is way too big to travel with. It also lasts forever - about a year for me!

I use this for massage and dynamic cupping treatments. It has a slippery glide which is ideal for dynamic cupping and hot stone but a little tricky to use for massage until you get used to the glide. Can't be used for myofascial release as the glide is too slippery. There is no perceptible smell and it washes out of sheets and towels really well.
