Valentine’s Day is right around the corner. Many people prefer an intimate and cozy Valentine’s Day over a night out on town. If you’re one of those people, then you will like these Valentines Day ideas.

1. Movie Night

This isn’t your typical eating popcorn and watching movies type of night. On Valentine’s Day, you’ll want to choose to watch romantic movies and the overall atmosphere should be romantic too.

One thing you can do is make a bed in front of the television, and place quite a few pillows around the bed and on the bed, and you can add some roses.

Also, you should add some wine to the mix and some nice snacks that can be enjoyed throughout the evening.

2. A Valentine (Scavenger) Hunt

You have heard of hunting for eggs. Well, you have have a Valentine hunt, which will consist of placing gifts around the home, and this can include pieces of jewelry, some chocolates, poems and things of that nature.

You don’t have to do a scavenger hunt, but if you want the night to be more fun, then consider putting on a scavenger hunt for your partner.

3. Wine Tasting

When you think of Valentine’s Day, wine might come to mind. This day is the perfect day to try some new ones. With that said, try a few new ones during a nice dinner, as well as having some over dessert.

4. Invite Friends Over

If you’re single, you can still have a cozy Valentine’s Day. Invite some friends over and make sure your home is decorated for the occasion.

Also, serve some good food, and make sure you serve up some good Valentine’s Day desserts.

5. Create Wonderful Memories

If you and your partner go on a lot of trips, and have a lot of photos stored on your mobile or desktop device, then do something with them on Valentine’s Day. For example, if you’ve taken a special trip together, then make a special album dedicated to that trip, or make a keepsake collage of other mementos, such as movie tickets and older photos and so forth.

If able to do so, you can make some clothing or mugs out of some of your mementos.

6. Champagne By The Fireplace

Champagne and chocolate are romantic, and so is a fireplace. This means that after you have ate your meal, you can then sit in front of your fireplace with some champagne and chocolate.

Put a love-seat in front of the fireplace and have some delicious snacks nearby.

7. Have Flowers And Candy Delivered

You can have some flowers and candy delivered to your partner’s front doorstep, even if you share a home with them. There are plenty of delivery services that can deliver many types of items, such as stuffed animals, candy, fruit baskets and so forth.

Choose the items that suits your relationship and enjoy them when they arrive.
